Introduction

Welcome to Care 4 Edu Partner App, an innovative platform designed to empower individuals by facilitating the referral and onboarding of local businesses, teachers, and service providers. By accessing or using our application, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your use of the platform and all related services offered through our application.

Care 4 Edu provides this platform to help partners earn rewards through successful referrals while ensuring that users have access to quality services and businesses. These terms and conditions are legally binding and apply to all users including registered partners, vendors, and visitors who access the platform.

By signing up or using the platform, you agree to these terms.

Definitions

• App: Refers to the Care 4 Edu Partner App, the platform designed for users to refer businesses, teachers, and other service providers to earn rewards.
• Company: Refers to Care 4 Edu, the legal entity responsible for operating and maintaining the platform.
• User: Any individual or entity who accesses or uses the app, including partners, vendors, teachers, and business owners.
• Partner: An individual or entity registered on the platform to refer stores, tutor businesses in exchange for commissions.
• Referral: The act of promoting or referring stores, tutor businesses, or individuals to the platform through a unique referral link or method.
• Reward: Payment made to a partner for successfully referring a new store, business, or tutor to the platform.
• Content: Includes all information, text, images, graphics, and other material that users upload, post, or transmit through the app.
• Account: The profile created by users on the app which includes personal information, referral history, and access to the app's services.
• Intellectual Property: Refers to all proprietary content, including trademarks, logos, designs, and code that belong to Care 4 Edu and are protected under intellectual property laws.
• Levels: A system of rewards and recognition based on the number of tasks completed by a partner.
• Termination: The act of discontinuing a user's access to the app either by the company or voluntarily by the user due to a violation of terms or other reasons specified in the agreement.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 15 years old.
• You must provide accurate and truthful registration information.
• You may not use the platform if you are barred from receiving services under the laws of the jurisdiction in India.

Partner Obligations

Referral Activity: As a partner, you are expected to engage in genuine, legal, and ethical referral activities. You are prohibited from spamming or using misleading techniques to generate referrals.

Accurate Information: You must provide accurate and up-to-date information about yourself and the businesses or individuals you refer.

Confidentiality: Partners must not disclose sensitive platform information to third parties unless specifically authorized by the platform.

Referral Program

• Referral Criteria: A referral will be considered valid when a referred individual or business signs up and completes the onboarding process (e.g., store registration, teacher onboarding, business meetings).
• Tracking: Referrals will be tracked through unique referral codes assigned to each partner.
• Invalid Referrals: Fraudulent or duplicate referrals will not be accepted, and any attempt to manipulate the referral system will result in immediate suspension or termination.

Partner Levels

• Silver Level: Achieved upon completion of 10 tasks.
• Gold Level: Achieved upon completion of 25 tasks.
• Platinum Level: Achieved upon completion of 50 tasks.

Commissions and Payments

• Commission Structure: Partners are eligible for commissions based on successful referrals. The rate of commission and payment terms are outlined on the platform and may vary depending on the referral type (store, teacher, business, etc.).
• Payment Schedule: Commissions will be paid after completion of each task within 7-8 working days.
• Tax Responsibility: Partners are responsible for their own taxes. The platform does not withhold taxes from partner payments.
• Disputes: Any disputes over commissions must be raised within 7 days of payment, or they will be considered final.

Termination of Account

The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate any partner's account at its sole discretion, particularly in cases of fraud, breach of terms, or unethical behavior. Partners may also choose to terminate their participation by providing written notice. Any unpaid commissions for valid referrals before termination will be settled as per the payment schedule.

Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and branding materials made available through the platform are the intellectual property of Care 4 Edu Partner App. Partners may use these materials solely for promotional purposes as directed by the platform.

Limitation of Liability

The platform will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the partner program. The platform does not guarantee any specific number of referrals or earnings for its partners.

Privacy Policy

By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our privacy policy, which governs how we collect, use, and store personal data.

Modifications

The platform reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Partners will be notified of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platform following changes will constitute acceptance of the new terms.
